  1. Validity<\/b>:
    All gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase<\/b>, unless otherwise specified in special promotions. <\/li>\n
  2. Reservations<\/b>:
    A prior appointment is required<\/b> to redeem the certificate. Reservations can be made via WhatsApp or through our official online booking system. <\/li>\n
  3. Cancellations:<\/b>
    Any change or cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours in advance<\/b>. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the certificate will be considered redeemed.<\/b> <\/li>\n
  4. No reembolsable:<\/b>
    <\/b>Non-refundable:
    Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They also cannot be replaced in case of loss or theft.

    Each certificate specifies the available services or amounts. If the user wishes to choose a higher-value service, they may pay the difference directly at reception.<\/span>

Each appointment is carefully planned to offer you a unique experience, reserving the necessary number of therapists and resources. These policies guarantee efficient and fair service for all our clients.<\/span><\/p>

                  1. Reservations and Advance Payments<\/b><\/h2>
                  • To confirm your appointment, a payment of 50%<\/b> of the total value of the reserved service<\/span> is required<\/span> .

                  • This advance payment will be deducted from the total on the day of service.<\/span>

                    <\/span><\/li>
                  • In case of no-show, the deposit will not be refundable.<\/span>

                    <\/span><\/li>
                  • We accept payments in cash, credit\/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfer and secure payment link (Mercado Pago or PayPal).<\/span>

                  • Note:<\/b> For payments with PayPal, an<\/span> additional 6%<\/b> will be added , corresponding to the platform’s commission.<\/span>

                    2. Absences and Rescheduling<\/b><\/h2>

                    Your advance payment guarantees that we will reserve our time and resources exclusively for you. To manage changes fairly, we have the following policy: <\/span><\/p>

                    • Rescheduling with prior notice:<\/b> If you need to change the date or time of your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, we will reschedule your service at no additional charge, applying your deposit to the new date.<\/span>

                    • Rescheduling with late notice (less than 24 hours):<\/b> If you notify us less than 24 hours in advance, your original deposit will be applied as a late notice fee. To confirm a new appointment, a new 50% deposit will be required.<\/span>

                    • No-show:<\/b> If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, unfortunately your deposit will not be refundable and will be considered used.<\/span>

                      3. Group Reservations<\/b><\/h2>

                        • Group cancellations: minimum<\/span> 7 days<\/b> ‘ notice.<\/span>

                        • Cancellations made after the deadline may result in a full charge for the reserved service.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                          5. Arrival Time<\/b><\/h2>
                          • It is recommended to arrive<\/span> 15 minutes before<\/b> your appointment to ensure the full time for your treatment.<\/span>

                          • Arriving late may result in a reduction in the duration of your treatment to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. In any case, you will be charged for the full service booked. <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                            • Avoid treatments immediately after eating.<\/span>

                            • Do not shave before exfoliation or if you have sunburn.<\/span>

                            • Pregnancy:<\/b> We accept treatments for pregnant women from the<\/span> third to the eighth month of gestation<\/b> . Consult with our staff about the most suitable options.<\/span>

                                          • Improper physical contact with staff.<\/span>

                                              • 7-day<\/b> guarantee<\/span> for peeling, bubbling or flaking under normal use.<\/span>

                                                • Using nails as tools.<\/span>
