Whit great pleasure and honor, I invite you to discover the story of Quinto Elemento Spa and its founder, Elisabetta Meroni.<\/p>\n

I am Elisabetta Meroni, and I come from a wonderful country: Italy. To be more precise, from the romantic and famous Lake Como. That is where my journey as an esthetician began, with my eyes set on the world and a great desire to learn. After graduating in Como in 1989, I entered the professional world through a prestigious beauty center. I fondly remember the director, whose expertise shaped my skills as an esthetician. I was fascinated by aesthetics\u2014caring for others and enhancing the beauty of the body. I felt gratified by the clients reactions to the various services they received.
But there came a moment when this all felt limiting; I felt the need to go beyond the physical body\u2026 to seek a greater awareness beyond our \u201couter shell.\u201d That\u2019s how I began studying in Milan, focusing on an ancient Shiatsu technique (Namikoshi method) and specializing in manual drainage (Vodder method). I continued with various courses centered on technological devices, specific products, and seminars on diverse topics, but always within the path of aesthetics.
A decisive turning point came during a continuing education course with the great osteopath master Gianfranco Poletti, a pioneer in innovative massage and bioenergetic techniques. He awakened what I was searching for! In the subtle connection with people, in the gentle touch, and in the power of hands, I found the answer; for the first time, I understood my true calling: the ability to heal the wounds of the human soul like a soothing balm. This led to an in-depth study of connective tissue massage techniques (Dicke method). <\/p>\n

In 2001, I joined a school to deepen my knowledge in arterial lymphatic drainage, energetic massage, neuro-stimulating massage, and reflex therapy of connective tissue.<\/p>\n

By 2009, I enrolled in a school of postural integration in Milan, founded by Dr. Massimo Soldati. This study of profound self-awareness, guided by him, allowed me to experience significant personal and professional growth. <\/p>\n

For several years, I dedicated myself on consolidating my studies and the various theories I had learned. Amid these life stages, my latent dream began to take shape. In fact, it all started in 2004 with our honeymoon in Mexico\u2026 Shortly after, the idea of moving to a new land became increasingly possible. The Mayan land was calling me, and its resonance was strong! The warm climate, the power of the sea, the beauty of its people, the language, and the tranquility were the reasons behind our decision to move. <\/p>\n

Here, through the psychology courses of Miguel Brice\u00f1o, I embarked on a personal journey into the Enneagram of Personality, emotional wounds, and the Healer\u2019s Path.<\/p>\n

Another growth opportunity came with the acupuncture course at the TAO School, led by Rafael Alcantara. With great interest, I continue to grow and evolve through other courses like The Breathwork, a therapy for self-knowledge and emotional release. <\/p>\n
