  1. Validity:
    All gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in special promotions.
  2. Reservations:
    A prior appointment is required to redeem the certificate. Reservations can be made via WhatsApp or through our official online booking system.
  3. Cancellations:
    Any change or cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the certificate will be considered redeemed.
  4. No reembolsable:
    Los certificados no son reembolsables ni canjeables por dinero en efectivo. Tampoco pueden ser reemplazados en caso de pérdida o robo.
  5. Included services:
    Each certificate specifies the available services or amounts. If the user wishes to choose a higher-value service, they may pay the difference directly at reception.


  6. Promotions and discounts:
    Gift certificates cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or active memberships.
  7. Branch:
    The certificates are valid at Quinto Elemento Spa Playa del Carmen and Quinto Elemento Spa Tulum, unless otherwise stated.
  8. Política de expiración:
    Una vez vencido el periodo de validez, el certificado pierde su valor y no podrá ser reactivado.

  • The company will not be liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access when:

At Quinto Elemento Spa , your well-being and relaxation are our priority. Each appointment is carefully planned to offer you a unique experience, reserving the necessary number of therapists and resources. These policies guarantee efficient and fair service for all our clients.

1. Reservations and Advance Payments

  • To confirm your appointment, a payment of 50% of the total value of the reserved service is required .

  • This advance payment will be deducted from the total on the day of service.

  • In case of no-show, the deposit will not be refundable.

  • We accept payments in cash, credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfer and secure payment link (Mercado Pago or PayPal).

  • Note: For payments with PayPal, an additional 6% will be added , corresponding to the platform’s commission.

  • Reservations can be made in advance through our official channels.

2. Absences and Rescheduling

Your advance payment guarantees that we will reserve our time and resources exclusively for you. To manage changes fairly, we have the following policy:

  • Rescheduling with prior notice: If you need to change the date or time of your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, we will reschedule your service at no additional charge, applying your deposit to the new date.

  • Rescheduling with late notice (less than 24 hours): If you notify us less than 24 hours in advance, your original deposit will be applied as a late notice fee. To confirm a new appointment, a new 50% deposit will be required.

  • No-show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, unfortunately your deposit will not be refundable and will be considered used.

3. Group Reservations

  • For groups of 4 or more people , the reservation must be confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance .

  • A payment of 50% of the total value of the reserved treatments is required .

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Individual cancellations: minimum 24 hours ‘ notice.

  • Group cancellations: minimum 7 days ‘ notice.

  • Cancellations made after the deadline may result in a full charge for the reserved service.

5. Arrival Time

  • It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure the full time for your treatment.

  • Arriving late may result in a reduction in the duration of your treatment to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. In any case, you will be charged for the full service booked.

6. Physical Condition and Health

  • Avoid treatments immediately after eating.

  • Do not shave before exfoliation or if you have sunburn.

  • Please report any conditions such as pregnancy, hypertension, diabetes, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries.

  • Pregnancy: We accept treatments for pregnant women from the third to the eighth month of gestation . Consult with our staff about the most suitable options.

7. Spa Etiquette

  • Keep your phone on silent mode .

  • Speak in a low voice to preserve the relaxing atmosphere.

8. Clinical Form

  • You will need to complete a clinical registration form before your treatment, in order to personalize the experience according to your needs.

  • The information provided will be confidential and used exclusively for your care.

9. Food and Beverage Consumption

  • Food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside.

  • We reserve the right of admission if the customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

10. Personal Items

  • We recommend not bringing jewelry or valuables.

  • The spa is not responsible for losses or forgotten items.

  • For any clarification regarding personal items, please report on the same day of your visit.

  • Any forgotten item found by staff will be kept under the customer’s name and returned later.

11. Customer Satisfaction

  • If you feel that your experience did not meet your expectations, you can report this to management on the same day as the service.

  • We do not offer refunds for completed treatments , but we will evaluate compensation options.

  • No refund requests or compensation will be accepted for changes of mind after the service has been provided.

12. Spa Behavior

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

  • Do not speak loudly or answer calls during your stay.

  • Any inappropriate conduct may result in cancellation of the service, with full payment for the treatment.

13. Inappropriate Conduct Policy

At Quinto Elemento Spa we maintain zero tolerance for any inappropriate sexual conduct by clients, visitors or companions.

The following are considered serious situations:

  • sexual comments, insinuations, or propositions.

  • Improper physical contact with staff.

  • Exposure of genitals or sexual acts.
  • Explicit or implicit solicitation of sexual services.

Procedure:

  • The service will be stopped immediately.

  • The customer will be asked to leave the premises.

  • The incident will be recorded and your access to future services will be blocked.

  • There will be no refund.

  • In serious cases, the authorities will be notified.

14. Gel Polish Guarantee

  • 7-day guarantee for peeling, bubbling or flaking under normal use.

  • Not applicable if the damage is due to:

    • Using nails as tools.

    • Contact with aggressive chemicals.

    • Prolonged exposure to hot water without protection.

    • Alterations made in another establishment.
