I have a Quinto Elemento Spa Gift Certificate for the Tulum center. Can I book my experience in Playa del Carmen?

It is not possible. Gift certificates are valid only at the location where they were purchased.

In Playa del Carmen, the atmosphere is more urban and contemporary, yet equally intimate.

The duration depends on the ritual selected:

  • Individual massages: 60 or 90 minutes
  • Facials: 60 or 90 min.
  • Complete rituals: 2 and a half hours.

The total duration includes time for connection, preparation and energetic closure of the experience.

The massage is performed within the total duration of the ritual, at the moment the therapist determines according to the treatment sequence.
 Each experience is adapted to your body’s rhythm and the ritual’s intention.
